Before you book.
How does booking direct work?
Pick your dates on the villa’s live calendar, add any extras and pay securely online. A member of the team checks everything and sends your booking confirmation within the hour (8 am – 10 pm Bali time) by email and WhatsApp. If for any reason we can’t confirm your dates, you’re refunded in full.
Is it safe to pay you directly?
Yes. Payments go through Stripe, the payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide, and your card details never reach us. Each villa is registered with the Indonesian authorities (NIB numbers listed in the footer), and our track record is public: hundreds of verified reviews on Airbnb, linked from this site.
What’s included in the price?
Final cleaning, linen and towels changed every three days, daily pool and garden care, WiFi, air conditioning and parking. Taxes & service are included.
How do we get from the airport?
We can send a private car to Ngurah Rai airport for $30 (up to 5 guests with luggage). The drive takes about 1 h 15, more at rush hour. Add it when you book or tell us your flight on WhatsApp.
Is it suitable for children?
Villa Marc was designed for families, with a kids’ room with bunk beds and a slide and a fenced garden. A cot is available in every villa with 5 days’ notice. As with any pool, please keep a close eye on little ones.
Can we change our dates later?
Once a booking is confirmed, dates can’t be changed. If your plans might move, tell us before you pay the deposit.
What about mosquitoes and wildlife?
Bali is tropical and so are its neighbours: geckos, butterflies, the odd ant trail. The team fogs regularly, cleans daily and leaves repellent in every villa, but nobody can promise a mosquito-free jungle.
Can I work from the villa?
Every villa has WiFi and a dedicated workspace; Villa Jacques has fibre, fast enough for video calls.
How do we get around?
Our drivers can take you anywhere on the island ($45 for 8 hours, fuel included), or we can deliver a scooter to the villa.
What is your cancellation policy?
30+ days before arrival: full refund. 14–29 days before arrival: 50% of the stay refunded. Less than 14 days: non-refundable.
